1.pineapple is harvested in long year/all year long.right? i'm not a fruit farmmer.i'm not sure.

2. pineapple is sweet with a little bit of astrictive.

3.pineapple should be peel off, cutting into pieces,pinkled in cold water with salt 50g for 20 mins,the procedure will delete the astrictive of fruity.

4.picked painapple pieces up from salted water after 20 mins. put it into an air fryer that has B covered in a baking paper.

5.setting time and temperature of air fryer. 10 mins ,180℃.after 10 mins,the fruit pieces is/r darker, brown.

6.turning the sides of fruity,backside up.

re bake for 10 mins,180℃ again.

well done when brown with fragrance/aroma.

transfered this fruits into a bowl or plate.

7.served it in toothpicks .(with honey if necessary.)

or :preserved fruits,if u baked it more time.fruits get crispy, juiceless,waterless. preserved fruits can kept in 3.months in a container .
