Health and happiness are my top values, which means I must experience them daily.

For example, today, I walked along the harbour during lunchtime and took some photos of the lovely seabirds.

I develop a habit of walking for about 40min to 1 hour daily while recording some beautiful things around me because that makes me happy.

We must spend time and invest money in what we value essential; then, we'll get the result we want, which means we live in alignment with our values.
